The Chairman of lyntia defended the role of wholesale operators in the “Tecno-desayunos” media event organised by the financial newspaper Expansion and stressed that “neutrality is a very positive asset”, highlighting that: “It is possible to evolve towards a model in which retail operators are not owners of the network”.
